Please do the following:

- Click 'Start', point to 'Settings', click 'Control Panel' and then double-click 'Administrative Tools'.
- Double-click 'Services'.
- Right-click the 'ActiveXperts SMS messaging Server' service, and then click 'Properties'.
- On the 'Log On' tab, select the account and provide the password (if necessary). Click 'Apply'.
- On the 'General' tab, click the Stop/Start button to restart the service.

Hi - I have changed my credentials using the steps described above but to no avail. (fwiw, I've tried setting the login to just about every possible user acct on my machine)

I'm trying to set up the ActiveXperts SMPP Demo Server. I'm stuck on the step where I enter my phone number.

I've fixed the credentials as described, but I still get the message "Failed to send message : Unable to Bind (check credentials)"

Are there some other credentials or other setting deeper on my machine that I should set? (I'm on windoes xp)

THANKS!
