There seems to be an error with the http channel, ERROR 23302 always occurs when setting up channel, based on the code written it goes ahead and creates some error when generating the recepients number as you can see from the info below it adds %2B before the number at all times what do I need to do to fix this issue please help soon.

Hi,
Is it possible to post the logfile from the channelwizard here ?
The error means unknown reponse received from provider.
