I can send SMS using Nokia USB phones like N70,6630,6280,N73,... with out problem
but for COM1,I have headache!
Nokia 6100 with ca42 cable,3310,8210 with com cables can not connect"no response from mode)
cables and port work fine.
What settings I must set for port properties?
Which cable I must use?
I tried 6260 3220 6062 8210 and many others.
for some phones cable is specified in list .for example
3108 Yes No DKU5 Cable
6100 Yes Yes CA42 Datacable tested
what for phones like 3220 6020 and for 6600-3220 Symbian phones?only bluetooth or IrDA? |

Hi,
You can try different baudrates. Also please check the device manager to be sure that COM1 is assigned to this USB cable.

Dear leon,
I Have no problem with USB port.I tested 5700,N70,n90,n91,n73 and many other phones in USB modem mode.
My problem is by older phones like 6100,6260,...Must I use COM1 CA42 cable or must use usb dku cable and assign a com to it?
