| I can send a message via the server through the Manager program. However when I attempt to do so through the ASP web interface I encounter the following: Error 27060: Unable to create new message. Please advise. |

| The anonymous IUSR_computername account has not enough privileges to write to the database. Make sure you add READ+WRITE permissions to the INSTALLDIR\Msg\ directory and all its files. |
