Hi guys,
Can you please explain what's the meaning of "MessageTime" in SMPP object. It's not so clear for me. Is it submission time or delivery time ?

It indicates the time a message is received,

Hi Leon,
So, it's not possible to retrieve submission time from SMSC. Is it correct ?
