I have the same problem. I am sending out even SMS or EMAIL and the messages are arriving with empty text. Any answer to this problem? |

Hi,
Can anyone answer this (April) post? First time originating (incoming) messages are not blank. REPLY (incoming) messages are blank.
If this is a software patch, does anyone have it? Or what is the status of this problem?

Our channel was set to v3.4 and would not process REPLY messages -- the body of the message was blank. By setting our channel to v5.0, it now accurately accepts and processes incoming REPLY messages.

Hi,
This is strange, normally switching between 3.4 and 5.0 will not affect the message body.
( The april post was still unanswered because it was handled by email )
