Error 33202

Please help,
server/port/user/password is valid from SMSC....
but when i tried to use in my application and even in the samples i'm getting this error:

33202 - Failed to bind to SMPP server, please check SystemID and Password

Can you post the the SMPP logfile here ?
Please hide your password in this file.

I forgot to say, this Error didn't appear when I was using previous version... SMS and Pager Toolkit 4.1, coz I used the same connection.
But when i used the SMS AND MMS Toolkit ver 5.0. This appears...
