Sent means that the message was successfully submitted, but – according to the properties of the Channel – no acknowledgement was required.
Delivered (ACK received) means that the message was submitted successfully and – according to the properties of the Channel – an acknowledgement was requested and – indeed - received. To require an acknowledgement, go to the properties of a particular Channel, and change the timeout value in the ACK time-out field.
