Email with attachments

Can you use the POP3 channel to receive an email with an attachment containing a csv or xml file with a list of messages I want to send?

It is possible to receive emails containing one or more attachements.

I've had another look through all the examples and can't find any that deal with attachments. All of them only seem to talk about the message body. Can you point me to a particular example.
