I have download Activxperts SMS and MMS Toolkit and install this exe..All the sample are store in IIS and I have executed ASP sample like SMS Via HTTP on my local system .

I have given sender , recipient and message and click on send button then gives following error



10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond



please tell me what can I do?
