I have to upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1 but the 5.0 serial no is not accept, is't a new serial no. need ?

Hello Ricky,
Yes to upgrade to version 5.1 you need a new serial code. If you still have a valid maintenance contract, you can request a new serial for free by sending an email to our sales department.
