| Please check the Event Log for more details. Look for 'AxsNmSvc' Event Source. Most probably, you have passed the wrong credentials to the ActiveXperts Network Monitor service. Use the services control applet to change these credentials. Be sure that this account had local administrator rights on the server where the Network Monitor service should be running. |
