Technical Difference Professional & Distribution License

Respected Sir,
What is the technical difference between Professional License and Distribution License.
Suppose I develop number of softwares using SMS and MMS Toolkit. then can I use it on my other computers in our organization.
How the toolkit will be detrermined whether the new softwares developed is being used in our organization only.

Is there any difference between two from Software point of view or not.
